Preston Concert Band was established in 1981 and are now celebrating
their 28th year of performing.

It welcomes all musicians who think they can make a contribution
to performing.

The bands repertoire consists of military band standards, classical numbers,
music from the musicals, film music, swing and big band.

"This seems like such a chilled out band who
amazingly perform to such high standards"

Supporter at one of our "Swing when you're winning" concerts.

In 1999 Ron Mynott,

Ron left a legacy of a
huge collection of music
which was so large it was split
between Preston Concert Band,
Guardian Concert Band and
Clitheroe Town Band.
